Illustration Friday - Quiet
Still working on my natural environments. This one seemed like it would fit the category of quiet. Thought I'd submit it for the heck of it. Trying to not be too polished. After all these are suppose to be quick studies. This comes from both my mind and a photo. The photo was from one of my trips to Italy with my wife. The color and atmosphere is out of my head. Perhaps a reason for it being on the surreal side.

Thanks Leslie. I actually feel I haven't been putting enough time in lately. But I'm glad it looks like it anyway!

Hi, saw your blog on the onmydesk blog. Wanted to comment on this illustration. It's beautiful. I'm lucky I can draw circles and squares.

Just finished commenting on your cousin's blog.
After checking your blog, I have to say I'm proud of your accomplishments & especially like your piece called "Quiet"!
The colors are peaceful. After seeing the actual photo, I think you have really captured that moment.
You have always been very perceptive in things you see and in the people you meet, and it shows in your art.
